WE NEED FOREVER FOSTER FAMILIES!
Won’t you please fill out the application below and become a part of the OLBH Forever Foster family? So, many dogs in need and we cannot help them without YOU!
Loving a dog is forever, and this innovative program will allow loving fosters to do just that.
Welcome to our “Forever Foster” program. These loving foster homes are meant for our senior dogs, our bully breeds and those dogs whose physical or medical issues may keep them from being formally adopted.
If you’ve never fostered because you were afraid of growing too attached to the dog in your care and too upset when that dog leaves, then becoming a Forever Foster is the ideal solution! We require that the foster live in the home as part of the family AND we require a fenced in yard – we do not approve invisible fencing. If the foster is appropriate for an apartment we obviously realize most apartment complexes do not have fenced in yards – these applications will be considered on an individual basis.
We cover the cost of all of the dogs needs (food, preventatives, veterinary care) care for all of our fosters must be provided by veterinarians we have partnered with for this program. Petsburg Pet Clinic in Lafayette, Franklin Animal Clinic in Franklin, IN., Herrmann Veterinary Clinic in Noblesville, IN., Spencer Town & Country Veterinary Clinic in Spencer, IN., Mooresville Animal Hospital in Mooresville, IN., Noah’s Caring Hands in Indianapolis, IN., Arlington Heights Animal Hospital in Bloomington, IN. ***We are partnering with other veterinary clinics across the state to provide services for our Forever Fosters, for each approved foster application where we do not have a partnering vet we will seek one out and get it set up***
